In our continuing relationship with our customers even beyond the point of purchase and delivery, we are happy to present our product return policy. All the returns and replacements are handled with special care and it is our constant endeavor to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with our service.

Have you ordered and received a wrong product by mistake? Have you received a defective product by accident? In the rare event of such a thing happening to you after you’ve ordered a product from us, just send it back to us for a quick replacement.

a) If the product fails to match with your requirements, or is found to be defective, then the product can be returned for replacement with another product. What’s more, if the product that is shipped does not match with the posted requirements, then we will refund 100% of your amount through the secured payment gateway PayPal.

b) If a different product is ordered by mistake, while configuring your custom product, then we would replace it with the correct product.

Note: Applicable labor cost for preparing the custom product will be charged.
